Eligibility & Process for all PNBAA Scholarship Applicants:

Must be a current resident of Washington or Oregon employed by a business aviation company OR enrolled in an aviation related program. Please review each application for additional qualifications. The Board of Directors will review member applications after the closing dates with the intent to make award notifications after Monday, November 20th with formal presentation at the PNBAA Member Meeting & Holiday Party on Thursday, December 3rd, 2026.
